Biorevitalization
Every woman seeks to preserve her beauty and youth for as long as possible and wants her skin to remain
resilient, having wrinkles, and her facial oval to retain its definition. No one is able to stop time, yet
it is quite possible to reduce and decelerate the occurrence of ageing signs with the help of modern
esthetic medicine achievements.
Human skin is known to be multilayer. Each layer performs an important function. The deep skin layer
(derma) contains important components – collagen and elastin fibers – forming a framework
responsible for resilience and retaining a clear-cut facial oval. The same layer also contains hyaluronic
acid, the so-called hydrocolloid, which makes the skin resilient, tender and velvety via bounding large
water quantity. It is the hyaluronic acid deficit that results in the age-related skin flaccidity,
appearance of wrinkles and lost of skin elasticity.
Due to multiyear studies, biochemists and dermatologists have created various hyaluronic acid-based
preparations for prophylaxis and treatment of the age-related skin alterations. One of the procedures
popular today is the so-called biorevitalization (youth bionity). This method of
non-invasive therapy is a variety of mesotherapy.
Biorevitalization is interpreted as “bioresuscitation”. This is an innovative
and highly effective technique making it possible to recover the tone, elasticity and color inherent in
the young skin, and durably protect the skin against free radicals (oxidation products destructively
affecting both the derma and organism as a whole). The internal medium characteristic of the young skin is
recovered, and ageing is realistically retarded.
What are the main differences between mesotherapy and biorevitalization?
Biorevitalization is a highly effective new technique permitting to achieve more pronounced effect as
compared to the classical mesotherapy, due to using new hyaluronic acid preparations obtained
biochemically. It is worth to note not only a high efficacy but also similar safety of the method.
Allergic reactions and side effects are not practically found. Moreover, an absolute plus of this method
lies in that the number of injections is smaller than in classic mesotherapy (4-6 procedures vs 8-12), and
the intervals between injections are longer (two weeks vs one). Quite a stable effect is observed:
improvement of turgor and elasticity, deep moistening of all skin layers, pronounced lifting effect,
reduction of deep wrinkles and disappearance of small ones.
The essence of the method consists in injecting gel or hyaluronic acid inside the skin
via using special procedures:
- Linear injection
- Microampules
- Reinforcement (creation of a mesh - supporting frame – inside the skin)
Injectable biogel possesses high biocompatibility (does no cause allergies). Its injection triggers in
the skin the processes of stimulating the production of own proteins (collagen and elastin) and hyaluronic
acid, these becoming the skin frame.
This frame protects the skin against moisture loss, occurrence and deepening of wrinkles. The
rejuvenation effect starts after the second procedure (since time for building a frame is needed) and
lasts up to 3 years.
Whom is the method indicated to?
The method is indicated to persons revealing the signs of skin dehydration and flaccidity: loss of turgor
and elasticity, occurrence of mimic and dermal wrinkles, appearance of unhealthy face color (specifically
in smokers) or pigmentation. The nature of the above phenomena does not matter in this case: it may be
natural ageing and UV damage (due to excessive tanning), previous diseases, unexplained rapid weight loss,
aggressive peelings, etc.
Indications:
- Facial skin recovery after the winter period
- Dry, flaccid skin
- Loss of skin turgor and elasticity
- Stresses, smoking, living in a megapolis
Certainly, it is better to start everything in time, i.e. the effect of this procedure much more bright
at 30-35 than at 50. This is explained by the deceleration and exhaustion of the skin recovery process
with age.
The bioreinforcement procedure has few contraindications:
- Infectious lesions on injection sites
- Severe general diseases
- Pregnancy.
Use of biorevitalization
Biorevitalization will help not only to improve the skin look but also reconstruct the skin inner layer
(derma) via substantially decelerating its ageing. This is a method of intracutaneous injections of
hyaluronic acid presented at Medical Сlub in the form of IAL-SYSTEM and IAL-SYSTEM AСP
preparations, which rapidly restore the water balance and recreate ideal conditions for the cell vital
activity. These are the new generation preparations: hyaluronic acid ether obtained according to patented
technology. Biorevitalization results in skin restoration: the skin tone and elasticity increase, the
number and depth of wrinkles decrease and the facial contour improve. This technique improves the skin
morphofunctional indicators and decelerates ageing processes.
In which area may this technique be used?
IAL-SYSTEM and IAL- SYSTEM AСP preparations may be used absolutely in any skin area needing
“restoration”. As a rule, the skin tone and elasticity are lost most quickly in the open skin
areas frequently exposed to UV-light during the life: face, neck, décolleté, hands.
How the procedure is performed?
There exist two basic programs:
If a patient shows the signs of early ageing only but his/her skin has a good tone, it is sufficient to
give a patient two sessions of treatment with IAL-SYSTEM with an interval of about 15-20 days. Then a
patient will need supportive treatment sessions ones in 3-4 months.
For patients with considerable decreased skin turgor, less elastic dehydrated skin predisposed to wrinkle
formation it is recommended to conduct 2-3 primary sessions of treatment, using IAL-SYSTEM with a 15-20
day interval. Then the result is enhanced with IAL-SYSTEM AСP procedure, which may be followed by
maintaining procedures ones per 2-3 months.
There are special cases, where this method enables the immediate results to be achieved. For example,
before and after a lengthy exposure to UV-light or after specifically aggressive skin drying peelings, it
is possible to conduct one or two sessions with a 2-week interval. Gel injection is almost painless,
because preliminarily (20-30 min in advance) the skin is covered with anesthetic cream. Injection traces
resolve next day.
After biogel injection you may proceed taking care of your skin and making cosmetologic procedures.
Limitations relate to thermal procedures only (face vaporization, sauna and bath,
solarium), since an active thermal action may promote a quick gel resorbtion and decelerate the skin
recovery processes.
Highly qualified Medical Сlub specialists will help you to find a proper technique from
among the varieties of those offered, to select the right programs and preparations and prepare your own
“cock-tail” for mesotherapeutic procedures. Biorevitalization session will be comfortable and
painless, and the effect will be marked and predictable.
