Medical line “Urology and andrology” of the Medical Club Clinic performs in the in-patient and out-patient conditions the diagnostics and treatment of the urinary system organs in men and women, as well as of genital organs in men.

  • Endoscopic diagnostics of the urinary bladder diseases (cystoscopy) in men and women, with taking bioptic material and histological investigation; intravesical curative manipulations under local and general anesthesia.
  • Comprehensive treatment of urolithiasis:
    • laboratory diagnostics of metabolic changes with subsequent correction of the revealed abnormalities;
    • determining the possibility of lithosis (calculus dissolution) with laboratory methods;
    • lithokinetic therapy (elimination of the urinary tract calculi).

  • Diagnostics and treatment of sexually-transmitted infections (STI)
    • The up-to-date diagnostics of STI (chlamidia, ureaplasma, mycoplasma, gardnerella, gonococcus, thrichomonade, candida, herpes-and papillomatous viral infection) and diseases associated therewith, using the methods of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and immuno-fermental analysis (IFA); the use of cultural diagnostics with determining sensitivity of the revealed pathogen to antibacterial preparations. Special attention is given to the selection of optimal methods of patient examination and treatment, to the comprehensive approach towards identification of pathogens, conditions of performing an analysis, interpretation of the data obtained and analysis of possible errors arising when establishing diagnosis.
    • Treatment is carried out according to the standards developed by the European Branch of the International Union against Sexually Transmitted Infections.
